- Post-Adoption Behavior Support for Adopters: Unlimited post-adoption support for the first three months (considered the high risk period for returns). This post adoption support includes problem prevention counselling, follow up calls and surveys during standardized post-adoption points in time, as well as free behavior consultations and virtual training for adopters who are experiencing behavior problems or maladjustment. After 3 months post-adoption, adopters get one free consultation.  

- Behavior Consultations for Shelter Animals: Virtual behavior consultation with medical, behavior, or shelter staff regarding a case. Includes a behavioral treatment plan. 

- Training and Development for Employees: Virtual low-stress handling, psychopharmacology, shelter behavior, medicine as behavior, veterinary technician and assistant medical support and training. 

- Compassion Fatigue Training: Virtual presentation on compassion fatigue and perceptual maturation so that caregiver staff members of all kinds can continue to have a quality of life and a successful career.

- Organizational Development Consulting: Consultation, professional audit, organizational diagnosis, alignment of operational and organizational strategy, development of SOP's, assistance with grant writing and prospect research, and conflict management. 

- Human Resources Consulting: Consultation, professional audit, development of a legally compliant employee handbook.
